All products sold on this website are digital downloadable crochet patterns (PDF files). Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Nature of Digital Products

All products are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

By purchasing a digital product from amigurumi.design, you acknowledge that:

  • The product is intangible digital content.

  • Delivery occurs immediately after purchase.

  • Once accessed or downloaded, the product cannot be returned.

2. No Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union:

Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content once:

  • Performance has begun, and

  • You have given prior express consent to immediate delivery, and

  • You acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access is provided.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

However, we may issue a refund in the following situations:

  • Duplicate purchase of the same product

  • Multiple charges due to payment error

  • Technical failure preventing file access (on our side)

  • Corrupted or incomplete file that cannot be replaced

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

5. Skill Level & Product Expectations

Each pattern includes a description, materials list, and skill level.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect skill level selection

  • Failure to read the product description

  • Inability to complete the project

If you are unsure about a pattern, please contact us before purchasing.

6. License & Copyright

All patterns sold on amigurumi.design are protected by international copyright laws.

When purchasing, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.

You may:
✔ Create finished items for personal use
✔ Sell finished physical items made from the pattern (small-scale handmade production)

You may NOT:
✘ Resell or redistribute the digital file
✘ Share the pattern (free or paid)
✘ Upload it to file-sharing websites
✘ Modify and resell the pattern as your own

Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback after receiving and accessing a digital file may result in:

  • Permanent account suspension

  • Legal recovery of fees

  • Reporting to payment processors

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issue.
