2. Digital Products

All products sold on amigurumi.design are digital downloadable crochet patterns (PDF files).

  • No physical items are shipped.

  • Files are delivered electronically after successful payment.

  • You are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout.

3. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or

  • You have permission from a legal guardian

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

4. Payments

We accept payments through secure third-party payment providers.

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • You will not initiate fraudulent chargebacks

We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.

5. No Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds may only be issued in cases of:

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Multiple charges due to technical error

  • Corrupted or inaccessible files that cannot be replaced

All patterns, designs, text, images, and content on amigurumi.design are protected by international copyright laws.

When purchasing a pattern, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.

You may:
✔ Use the pattern for personal use
✔ Sell finished physical items made from the pattern (small-scale handmade production)

You may NOT:
✘ Resell, share, copy, or redistribute the digital file
✘ Upload the pattern to file-sharing platforms
✘ Claim the design as your own
✘ Modify and resell the pattern

Violation may result in legal action and account suspension.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You attempt unauthorized redistribution

  • You initiate fraudulent payment disputes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We do not guarantee specific results from use of our patterns

  • Users are responsible for safe crafting practices

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
