Yellow Buddies Minion Amigurumi Crochet Pattern Bundle
Make three cheerful Yellow Buddies Minion dolls with this DIGITAL PDF crochet pattern bundle from Amigurumi Design. This listing is for a downloadable crochet pattern (not a finished toy). You’ll get instructions to crochet all three character variations shown in the bundle theme: two short buddies (one two-eyed and one one-eyed) plus a taller two-eyed buddy with a small V-shaped hair tuft. Each figure features the signature look described in the patterns—yellow body, blue overall-style clothing band, raised gray-and-white goggles, and black gloves/shoes—with variations in eye count and hair details.
Bundle includes 3 PDF patterns:
- Short Two-Eyed Minion (no hair): compact body with two raised goggles and a black strap
- Tall Two-Eyed Minion with Hair Tuft: taller body, two raised goggles, and a small black V tuft on the crown
- Short One-Eyed Minion: single centered raised goggle and thin black embroidered hair lines
Finished sizes (with worsted yarn and a 2.75–3.25 mm hook): short figures are about 4.5–5 in (11.5–13 cm) and the tall figure is about 6–6.5 in (15–16.5 cm). Estimated time is approximately 2–4 hours per doll. Difficulty is intermediate. Patterns are written using US crochet terminology and are worked in continuous rounds unless otherwise stated (use a stitch marker to track rounds).
Materials used: worsted weight (4) acrylic or cotton yarn in yellow, blue, gray, white, and black; 3.0 mm hook; polyester fiberfill; tapestry needle; scissors; pins; and 12 mm black safety eyes (2 for two-eyed figures, 1 for the one-eyed figure). Black embroidery floss is used for hair embroidery on the one-eyed figure and optional mouth detail. Optional: a small cardboard/plastic canvas circle for foot stabilization.
Safety note: safety eyes are a choking hazard—substitute crocheted or embroidered eyes for children under 3 and weave in ends securely.
